Job description

Deploy Recruitment Group are partnering with a leading M&E contractor in Europe renowned for their extensive industrial and commercial projects. Specializing in Data Centers, Education, Healthcare, and Life Sciences, our client is actively seeking a forward-thinking and ambitious Mechanical Supervisor for an exciting Data Center project.

Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Supervisor:

Establish performance and delivery criteria, ensuring client requirements are met.

Foster a trusting relationship with clients for future project opportunities.

Administer quality control provisions and contribute to project value engineering.

Champion Mercury’s Safety and Quality focus on-site, ensuring 'Right First Time' measures.

Manage electrical subcontractors and coordinate works on-site.

Assist in planning resources, including labor, materials, and subcontractors.

Oversee day-to-day site activities to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Maintain redline drawings for O&M Manuals and manage subcontractors and direct personnel.

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Liaise with the client on permitting works in a live environment and contribute to RAMS development.

Understand COHE policies and coordinate LOTO with vendors and subcontractors.

Have a strong understanding of Electrical and Mechanical systems.

Qualifications and Key Criteria:

Trade background with 5-10 years of experience supervising large installation crews.

Proven track record in supervising and managing large installation projects.

In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety.

Experience in design and build.

Excellent technical knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical systems.

Strong IT skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work effectively within strict deadlines.

Ability to drive a large-scale project.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Range: £65,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
