Job description
Responsibilities include:
- Lead, train and develop the shift engineering team
- Ensure resources are managed efficiently across site and across all shifts
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, ensuring a high standard is maintained
- Ensure health, safety and quality standards are of up-most priority across all engineering activities
- Collaborate with other managers to align with the company's objectives
- Manage relationships with cross functional teams to ensure site runs at optimum efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement agenda across site
