Job description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To manage the adidas Golf brand corporate account base, within Europe in an efficient, effective and profitable manner. Ensuring budgets, distribution, SOB & SOS, are in line with company expectation with strong in store executions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve company, team, individual commercial objectives.
- Account budget. Yearly, phased, forward and daily
- Trade Investment – management and execution
- Drive market share, by customer, by category in line with company target through gender, FCU and category by account
- Design, plan, agree and implement by account:
- Commercial plan
- Sales plan
- Marketing plan
- Service plan
- SWB monitor
- Develop and implement the sales strategies in line with the company goals, which deliver the required results
- Manage and continually monitor your accounts adherence to the adidas Group DTP and segmentation policy.
- To establish a collaborative, cooperative team culture and fulfilment of company values

KPI’s
- As a member of the sales team, the Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for the achievement of sales targets – units, volume and profit, and brand image and positioning in within his/her account base.
- As a member of the sales team, effectively contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans, which meet current and future business needs, and in line with agreed financial targets and profit
- Implement sales plans and objectives, which deliver agreed targeted levels of business volume and profit by account.
- Achieve the sales target, strategies, objectives and goals as outlined by the business.
- Continually review and deliver against the Field Sales minimum standards
- Business reporting. To provide business reporting as instructed by ensuring that reporting:
- Adheres to OTIF – On Time in full principle
- Is consistently accurate demonstrating an understanding of reporting requirements
- To demonstrate understanding of competitor activity and market position within the area to feed into forecasting of predicted turnover.
Authorities:
- Manage personal costs, T&E etc.
- Seasonal sample management as outlined by the business.
- Improve ongoing the service and cost on supply chain efficiencies
- Manage costs of daily business by account

Professional Experience
- Proven experience of working in a sales position and achieving targets
- Ideally with a proven knowledge of golf retail/wholesale, Sports or a Fashion Market place
- Excellent Negotiation, Selling and Presenting Skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent English
- University degree in business with marketing and sales focus
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (all advanced)
- Understanding and proficient knowledge of current social media platforms.
- Full clean driving license.
