We are looking for a Head of Test to support us, being an integral part of our continuing growth and evolving our technology offering.

What you will do..

As the Head of QA/Test, you will spearhead the development and execution of a strategic QA/Test plan, ensuring the consistent delivery of our software products and services. Your leadership will be instrumental in cultivating a collaborative and results-driven culture within the QA team. From designing and implementing effective QA processes to overseeing the creation and execution of test plans, your role involves the continuous enhancement of quality standards and best practices throughout the group. You'll actively engage with cross-functional teams, contribute to project planning, and act as a key liaison for escalated quality issues, conducting thorough root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.

Who you’ll be..

• Significant experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Leadership experience with a track record of managing successful testing teams.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and software lifecycle processes.
• Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools.
• Expertise in designing and implementing effective test strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with various stakeholders.
