Whyy? Change are heading into their 9th year as they continue to grow and the time is right to let Ray (CEO) step away from the day to day coaching part of his role and introduce a new tutor into their team to deliver on their Lean & Six Sigma programme.
Whyy? Change are passionate about apprenticeships and spreading awareness to local organisations. At their very core, they want to empower learners to push themselves and improve their organisations. They do this by providing business knowledge and services to transform people and industry, at their warm and welcoming HQ!
As the Lean & Six Sigma Coach, a typical week at Whyy? Change HQ would include:
Leading and delivering a taught session to a group of apprentices according to the Lean 6 certification requirements, ensuring learners achieve their certification on time.
Supporting learners throughout their course, preparing them for assessment and planning and completing apprenticeship reviews.
Delivering commercial consultancy and advice to clients to achieve results (value-stream mapping, 6S, change management strategy etc).
Posing for a quick picture for social media expert, Matt’s latest LinkedIn post! Engaging in friendly chats with other learners and tutors …. while popping the kettle on for Laura and her Wolverine mug!
Possibly mediating playful battles between Emma and Ray
All we ask is that you....
Have experience in utilising the Lean & Six Sigma Mindset and in coaching/ mentoring.
Have a Level 5 qualification in an additional business or technically relevant subject
Have a minimum qualification of Lean & Six Sigma at Green Belt
Based in Rotherham United’s New York Stadium, Whyy?
