Job description
The ability to communicate effectively with a variety of staff groups. The ability to be able to deal with patients, either face to face or on the telephone in a professional and empathetic manner. Releasing up to date and accurate information and dealing with enquiries from the public, consultants, nurses and other administration staff across the hospital. Ensuring security checks are carried out before disclosing information.
