Learning Support Assistant
Location: Grantham
Salary: £75- £95 per day
Start Date: Immediate Start Required

GSL Education Lincolnshire are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about assisting children facing learning difficulties, social, emotional, and mental health challenges, as well as those with Special Educational Needs (SEND), for a reputable school in Grantham .

Responsibilities may include: - Assist in the implementation of tailored educational plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties, addressing their individual learning needs.
Requirements for the role: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred or a strong desire to work with students facing diverse learning challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Have an Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students in their educational journey.
