Production Machine Operator
Near Lutterworth
6 – 6 Mon – Thur (4 x 12-hour shifts)
Rotating Days & Nights (weekly rotation)
£12.77 p/hour for 39 hours and the remaining 9 and paid at £19.15 p/hour.
£670 gross per week OR £34K per year
Full Time – temp 2 perm
Starting Monday 11th March

We are looking for experienced factory production operatives who can commit to a 12-hour role working rotating days and nights within a factory on the outskirts of Lutterworth.
This is a heavy, hands-on production role where you operate large scale machinery used to product concrete roof tiles. You will be standing, watching, unloading, stacking, and performing simple maintenance of the machines.
The product is concrete roof-tiles so it can be muck, dusty heavy and it’s a physical role.

It’s very well paid, gives you a 3-day weekend every week (you don’t work Fridays) and it’s a role that leads to a permanent job.
To be considered – you MUST have worked within either a labouring or heavy production role before, drive (have your own car) and be flexible enough to work the rotating day and night shift.
