Manager - St Stephen's Court
We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team at St Stephen's Court. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of the care home, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the care home, including staff, budgets, and operations.
- Ensure that all residents receive safe and quality care in accordance with regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor staff performance to ensure quality of care is maintained.
- Organize regular meetings with staff to discuss issues or changes in policy/procedure.
