SEND Transport Ops Manager
3-6-month interim contract to start March 2024
Northwest England
£500-550 per day

Inside IR35 (via umbrella)
Hybrid working
Full time


CV’s are being reviewed w/c 19th Feb and interviews will be taking place the same week

Reporting into the Head of Transport Services, you will be responsible for a team of 5-7 managers. Leading the day-to-day services of specialist transport, you will be responsible for service planning and delivery. You will have a proven track record in managing transport services specifically home to school/SEND transport and passenger services. You will have worked within a local authority setting and be operating at Service Manager level.

Your Role as SEND Transport Operations Manager:

 

 

 

 

 

Your previous experience as an SEND Transport Manager:

In-depth experience at a senior managerial level both operational functions and strategic service needs within SEND/Home to School Transport
•Demonstrate ability to promote changes necessary in service planning, commissioning, service delivery and engagement with service users
•Must demonstrate a high level of operational experience in a Local Authority setting
