Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children, young people, and their families/carers? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic Multi Disciplinary Team at Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust.
Position: Band 6 (Consideration given to Band 5 with Transferable Skills)
Salary: Up to £30 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Exercise autonomous professional responsibility for assessment, treatment, and discharge processes.
Provide an assessment and therapy service based on the appropriate use, interpretation, and integration of complex data.
Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies for individuals and their families/carers.
Act as an advocate to facilitate the views and choices expressed by children, young people, families, groups, and communities when appropriate.
Requirements:
Band 6 qualification or equivalent (consideration given to Band 5 applicants with transferable skills).
Experience in assessment, treatment, and discharge processes for children, young people, and their families/carers.
Ability to interpret and integrate complex data from various sources.
Strong advocacy skills and the ability to facilitate the expression of views and choices.
