Remuneration: High UDA rate and negotiable rates of pay

Description: Part-time or Full Time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days per week in a busy, mixed, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Harlow, Essex.
•             High UDA rate and negotiable rates of pay
•             Private & Labs 50% Split
•             Candidate will benefit from taking over a large, long-standing patient list, plus new patients
•             Practice offers Ortho, Endo, Implants & Invisalign, composite bonding & anti-wrinkle treatments
•             Fully computerised surgeries, Pearl software
•             Hours: 8.30am - 5.15pm
•             CT Scanner, Digital x-rays, Intraoral cams, OPG, Cerec Machine
•             4 Newly Furnished, Modern Surgeries
•             Qualified nurses
•             Hygienists on-site, also Oral Surgeon and Endodontic Specialist
•             Practice Principal is able to offer support to those candidates who might need a little extra help
•             Available Now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
