Job description

We have a great new opportunity for an Assistant Compliance Manager to join a leading provider of fund administration and outsourced services.

Key duties will include:

• To be responsible for ensuring that clients comply within laws, regulations and regulatory guidance including anti-money laundering, countering financing of terrorism and countering proliferation financing (AML/CFT/CPF) as well as prudential regulations
• Support the CO, MLCO and MLRO of the firm in ensuring that the entity and its clients remain at all times in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice
• Collaborate with the Risk and Compliance Director to implement and maintain AML/CFT/CPF and other compliance policies and procedures, monitor their adequacy and arrange/deliver training when required
• Maintain oversight of the compliance monitoring program ensuring it is performed to the required level and completed within the relevant time frame.
