Delivery Manager for CRM

What's the role about:

You will lead the technical delivery of change for applications and platforms for our IT estate. Collaborate with business teams, architects, analysts, and portfolio to ensure IT Change aligns with project needs. Manage product teams, oversee continuous improvement, and coordinate external delivery with third-party suppliers.

???? Team:

Be part of the Customer Relationship Management Technology team, handling applications and relationships crucial for our CRM. Dive into small to complex changes, supplier assurance, and support for Customer Identity Access Management, Customer Data Platform, and Customer Engagement Platform.

???? What's on your to do list:

  1. Manage new and changed systems for CRM within time, budget, and quality parameters.
  2. Oversee product teams and external suppliers, ensuring delivery aligns with plans.
  3. Support BAU delivery for ongoing support, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  4. Collaborate on the overall IT roadmap for CRM, including third-party supplier engagement.
  5. Create and manage delivery plans, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies.
  6. Maintain validated budgets and liaise with Finance for budget reviews.
  7. Act as the primary contact for Service Management, supporting service design and transition.

Prior experience with CIAM (ForgeRock), CDP (mParticle), & CEP software.
