Working within the Marketing team, you’ll work closely with our Marketing Exec and will report into the Head of Demand Generation. You will be responsible for generating new business enquiries through a range of marketing channels and converting them into demos for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Cleansing data to be in line with the Webeo cohorts
- Processing new enquiries and inputting data into our CRM (Salesforce)
- Responding and qualifying new enquiries mostly by email (occasionally by phone)
- Generating enquiries through several essential marketing channels
- Managing sales teams’ diaries, scheduling demos with Webeo prospects
- Using multiple marketing systems such as Similarweb/Salesforce/LinkedIn Sales Navigator/HubSpot/Mailchimp/Zoominfo
- Writing and building nurture workflows within HubSpot and Mailchimp
- Writing and scheduling posts for different social channels
- Using WordPress to upload new blogs and content to the Webeo website
The ideal candidate will have:
- Entry-level knowledge of marketing
- Be able to effectively multi-task and have a pro-active can-do attitude
- Must be able to use their initiative when necessary
- A natural desire to personally develop and thrive in a fast-paced department
- Well organised and able to multitask and prioritise workload
- Good written and verbal conversational skills and copywriting – good grammar, spelling
- Must possess good attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- Experience working towards targets/deadlines

You’ll be working closely with the Marketing and Sales Team
Where you’ll be based:
This is a hybrid role; you’ll be required to come to our HQ in Portsmouth on Mondays and Thursdays. The rest of the week will be remote (all equipment provided). There is also the option to work from the office full-time.
