Requirements:
* HCPC Registered as a Physiotherapist
* BSc/MSc in Physiotherapy
* Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Physiotherapist
* Enhanced DBS required.
* Elderly care rehabilitation experience.
* Discharge planning experience.
