Ward Administrator
Barts Hospital | Ward | Permanent | Full time | Includes weekend work
Up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience
37.5 hours per week

As a Healthcare Assistant on the ward at our Barts Hospital, you'll show us you're able to meet deadlines and follow instructions. You have a good telephone manner, and great computer and database skills. And if you're qualified to NVQ Level 2 or 3, with relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting, that's even better.
As an Administration Assistant on our Ward, you will:
Handle enquiries and general queries
Put your strong IT and keyboard skills to work
Maintain databases
Provide a range of secretarial services, including minute taking and diary management

Nuffield Health Barts Hospital
We have now opened the doors to Nuffield Health at St Bartholomew's Hospital: The City of London's only independent hospital, situated next to St Bartholomew's NHS hospital. This is our new flagship centre for cardiac services and provides a full range of surgical and medical services, including: orthopaedics, oncology, general surgery, gynaecology and urology services.
The new hospital consists of:
48 inpatient and day case bedrooms
28 consultation rooms
Three digital operating theatres
Cardiac catheterisation lab
Specialist intensive care beds
Oncology day unit
Endoscopy and minor ops theatre
Full diagnostic imaging suite including MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography and general X-ray
