About the role
As the Marketing and Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing winning marketing and sales strategies to drive the business forward. You will have the opportunity to showcase your drive, innovation, and ability to make a real difference in this brand new position.
Responsibilities:
As the Marketing and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing compelling value propositions tailored to our ideal customer segments
- Conducting market research to identify attractive potential customers
- Writing and gaining support for effective marketing and sales strategies and plans
- Creating sales funnels to support and sustain our growth and commercial objectives
- Converting potential customers into satisfied repeat customers
- Ensuring exceptional customer service standards to enhance the reputation of the company

- Competitive Compensation: A highly competitive compensation package is provided, with a fixed component ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per year. This amount will be determined based on your experience, skills, and qualifications. Additionally, there is a variable element tied to performance, resulting in an On Target Earnings (OTE) of £80,000

Requirements
To excel in the role of Marketing and Sales Manager, we are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- University degree required; an MBA degree would be highly advantageous
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a commercially driven and successful SME, preferably with an engineering focus
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles with experience in developing effective strategies
- Enthusiasm for exploring new technologies that can benefit marketing and sales planning
- Excellent interpersonal skills with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Genuine curiosity and active listening skills, along with a passion for building relationships
- Strong leadership skills
- Eligibility to live and work long term in the UK
- Non-smoker and non-vaper
