The Opportunity
We have an exciting new opportunity for a talented and experienced Executive PA to join our team. This role requires a proactive, organised and highly motivated individual who is skilled at managing a high workload with multiple priorities. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about their work, and is keen to make a contribution to a dynamic and forward-thinking company.
As the Executive PA, you provide support to members of our Executive Leadership Team, acting as a point of contact for external and internal stakeholders.
Complex diary management
Onboarding of senior new starters
Event organisation
Management of domestic and international travel
Monthly expense and mileage claims
Barclaycard coding and reconciliation
Provide support to cover team holidays
Arrangement of overseas VIP visits to the UK
Reporting of gifts & hospitality and competitor contact
Occasional UK travel as required
About You
Proven experience as an executive PA
Excellent IT skills including experience of using Google Suite applications
Ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task.
Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
Work under pressure
Work in a professional manner maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
