Practice Manager - Outstanding IFA

Up to £46,600 per annum + £2,400 allowance

NonStop Care is working with a well-established Independent Fostering Agency in the East Midlands (Boston Base), in order to help them recruit for an Practice Manager who can join them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

These will include assisting Management in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fostering team and ensuring that the agency's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed

Extra duties include, supporting the professional development of team members, maintaining effective working relationships with external stakeholders and assisting in managing crisis situations that may arise.
