Job description

Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills? Do you have strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all task? Yes, then this could be the role for you!

My client based in Aylesbury is looking for a Projects Coordinator , to play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage customer inquiries from initial request through survey and quoting stages to job completion


• Raise job packs and files, updating job boards, and effectively plan ongoing jobs


• Schedule meetings with other departments to discuss job requirements and ensure smooth coordination


• Liaise with relevant personnel to schedule work timings according to customer needs


• Produce accurate quotes, including detailed costings and calculations when necessary


• Generate reports for job completion in alignment with customer requirements


• Ensure completed jobs are forwarded for pricing and invoicing procedures


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in compliance with Quality Assurance policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook


• Strong telephone and communication skills for effective customer interactions


• Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment


• A team player who collaborates effectively within a small team setting

This position is Monday to Friday, and the hours alternate between 8:30am - 4:30pm and 9am - 5pm, with 1 hour lunch break.
