You, together with your team, deliver a safe, positive and productive environment for employees in the centre.
You ensure that visitors feel welcome and that everyone working in the centre has what they need to carry out excellent customer service.
You ensure that all health and safety related employee relations responsibilities, legal requirements and all relevant H&M policies are fulfilled in the centre.
Your ambition is to make the centre a great place to work, and you proactively engage in work environment initiatives which contribute to that.
You develop, encourage and maintain clear communication channels with internal and external stakeholders
Strong leadership skills, specifically someone who has experience with leading people
Can communicate with people at all levels and inspire others
You are a team player, comfortable with working across a range of teams but also happy to work independently
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to set and maintain high standards in our working environment
A highly organised and flexible approach
You have a capacity for strategic thinking and planning as well as good decision making
You are solution focussed and an out the box thinker
You are flexible to changes and can cope with high workload as well as work to tight deadlines
Demonstrable experience of taking responsibility for managing external contractors and ensuring a safe working environment for all
