Job description

What you will do in your working day

As a Housing Support Apprentice, you will work towards achieving the Public Sector Delivery Officer Level 3 qualification. This will involve attending workshops, participating in online learning, and attending review meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Housing advice and support customers to accessing relevant services.
• Handle various administrative duties within the service, such as completing referrals, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate data entry.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the delivery of excellent service.

The training you will be getting

You will join our award winning Endless Possibilities Apprenticeship Programme. You will attend workshops online and work towards Public Service qualifications for the duration of the Apprenticeship.
