Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Credit Control Supervisor include:
- Overseeing the Accounts Receivable team and ensuring the smooth running of operations.
- Implementing and maintaining processes within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Leading from the front driving the companies AI initiatives
- Regularly reviewing team performance and providing feedback.
- Ensuring all financial targets are met.
- Working closely with other departmental heads to ensure financial accuracy.
- Developing strategies to improve the efficiency of the Accounts Receivable team.
- Providing training and support to team members.
- Addressing and resolving any issues within the Accounts Receivable team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Control Supervisor should have:
- A strong background in the credit industry.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an Accounting & Finance department.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and ensure targets are met.
- Proficiency in various accounting software.
