The successful Family Paralegal will join a busy friendly team managing a full and varied caseload. It is essential that you bring experience within Family Law.

Paralegals will enjoy a great deal of autonomy and will can also develop their careers working alongside Fee Earners.

Family Paralegal Job Duties:

• Preparing legal documents
  
• Handling a caseload of clients
  
• Research & drafting
  
• Opening and closing files
  
• Preparing first drafts of documents and forms in respect of divorce family and children matters
  
• Communicating with clients on a daytoday basis
  
• General administrative tasks
  

To be successful in this application you will be:

• Confident with Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
  
• At least one years experience in family law
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• The ability to handle sensitive information
