Business Development Manager

Lancashire or Kent

SRG are thrilled to be partnering with a leading energy consultancy, who are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join their national team. You will apply your expertise to implant efficiency and support the business to achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Target and secure new clients that are interested in adopting company services.
• Generate opportunities and attend new business appointments by working closely with lead generation.
• Manage the commercial and proposal process.
• Generate new leads through research, networking, attending marketing events or referrals.
• Support the Head of New Business with developing strategy for product growth.
• Coaching and sales support to less experienced team members.

Skills and Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience working in the energy consulting industry.
• Strong technical background and understanding of ESG and decarbonisation consultancy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
