Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on Heritage projects based in and around London. They are looking for as someone who is able to run projects independently working projects up to £30 million in value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire cost life cycle of refurbishment projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in refurbishment projects.
• Expertise in commercial and prime residential developments.
• Track record of managing projects with a value of up to at least £20 million.
• Strong communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of cost management.
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
