Job description

Homelessness & Housing Solutions Officer needed in Redditch/Working from home Paying £17.12 per hr ref 15880

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Assess and case working homeless applications made, working under homelessness legislation (Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 – ‘HRA’)
Confident working knowledge of Part 7 and Part 6 of the Housing Act 1996.
Able to offer sound housing advice to applicants
Remaining aware of statutory and case law changes; and staying abreast of local and national issues relating to Homelessness’.
Working as part of a team of officers; and remaining flexible to conflicting demand.
