Job Description - Develop, implement, validate, maintain, and control methods of manufacturing
- Leading and coaching a team of Manufacturing Engineers
- Drive continuous improvement
- Support production achieve set goals and targets
- Resolve technical problems within manufacturing
- Improve manufacturing processes with the use of engineering data
Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications - Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience with production management and planning
- Previous experience leading a team of Manufacturing Engineers within the aerospace sector
- Strong process improvement skills/experience
- Well-versed in continuous improvement tools/techniques
- Formal degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar.
