Job description
Busy jewellery agency The Jewellery Showroom is hoping to expand the team by adding a confident, positive Wholesale Operations Executive.
This is not a sales role ; the selected candidate will work alongside our sales team and manage admin for our wholesale accounts worldwide, supporting us in providing them with a high level of service to promote longevity in our partnerships.
Main Responsibilities: - Upholding and introducing processes to support the smooth running of our day-to-day systems.
- Implement the Salesforce program into our day-to-day reporting.
- Facilitating the smooth running of our sales processes and assisting and supporting the management of our high-profile accounts
- Submit, manage and track sales orders, ensuring that all orders are received and processed in a timely manner
- Manage, update and communicate delivery schedules for clients
- Daily liaison with our jewellery brand clients and buyers, providing any requested information and sharing documents
- Following and tracking orders from suppliers
- Ensuring delivery dates are met
- Updating our databases regularly to ensure that all information and contacts are kept up to date
- Handling any repairs and returns and ensuring that these are processed smoothly
- Customer service support for our wholesale customers
- Supporting the sales team in all ad-hoc duties when needed
The Candidate
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in wholesale operations/admin.
- Exposure to working with Wholesale systems / POS retail systems / ecommerce systems
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to develop senior customer relationships
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence with a positive approach
- Ability to work well under pressure
