Administrative Assistant
Location: Lytham St Annes
Salary: £11.44 hour (£22,308 annum)
Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
I am currently seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
General Administration:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain a well-organized and tidy office environment.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members when necessary.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of reports and documents.
Communication:
- Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication.
- Draft and proofread correspondence and documents.
Team Support:
- Provide support to team members as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
