CNC Turner Setter

Gloucester

Working hours: Monday - Thursday 7am - 4pm Friday 7am - 12pm

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 DOE

Our client has a team of 20 highly skilled precision engineering staff and addition to investment in the latest CNC machining technology. CNC Machining prototypes & batch production on the latest CNC vertical/horizontal machining centres and CNC lathes is at the heart of their business.

Duties:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications using Fanuc controls
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimize part designs for manufacturing

Qualifications:

• Strong mathematical skills for performing calculations and measurements
• Familiarity with fanuc controls CNC machines
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
