Are you a skilled professional with a passion for automotive finishes? We're seeking talented individuals to join our client's team as Paint Sprayers, Polishers, and Preppers, where precision and attention to detail are key.
Position: Multi Skilled Ops
Location: Banbury
Salary : MSO Lates - £15.50 - £18.30
(Salary all depends on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality paint spraying, polishing, and prepping tasks on automotive surfaces.
Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming.
Apply paint and clear coats to achieve desired finishes.
Polish and buff painted surfaces to perfection.
Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Polisher, or Prepper in the automotive industry.
Proficiency in paint spraying techniques, polishing, and surface preparation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing flawless finishes.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Fixed shifts 2pm-10pm
