Bailey Employment Services Ltd are currently recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader for a company based in Scunthorpe.
The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for prioritizing and delegating daily tasks at the start of each shift to maximise efficiency and accuracy, minimising picking and packing errors.
Main duties & responsibilities
Develop, train, and support the team to achieve targets
Support and develop the performance and capability of the warehouse team
Monitor the performance of packing machines and operators and provide MI data to management
Ensure the warehouse operation is carried out in a clean, tidy and safe manner
Carry out daily checks on MHE and warehouse racking
Identify any accidents, near misses or areas of concern
Knowledge of and adherence to Work Instructions relevant to the roles
Knowledge of and adherence to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949
Essential Skills & Experience
FLT License – Reach/Counterbalance
PPT License
3-5 years of warehouse experience
MS Office to a basic level
Pay & Benefits
£29,000 - £31,500 depending on experience
Working 37.5 hours a week
Monday to Friday
Rotating shifts, 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm
8% employer pension contribution from day 1
Life assurance policy
28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
