We are looking to employ a Professional Coach in our Hairdressing Team, to coach across a range of Levels including barbering and afro Caribbean hair.
You will have an appropriate level three qualification, evidence of ongoing professional development and a relevant teaching qualification or working towards it. The ideal candidate will have prior apprenticeship classroom and workplace delivery experience. With a broad knowledge of trends and initiatives within the hairdressing sector; you will also have experience of contributing to course design and curriculum development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an appreciation of the uses of IT are essential, as is a commitment to excellence.
We are interested in applicants with the ability to teach Hairdressing with an Assessor and an IQA qualification is desirable. The role is 18.5 hours a week and may include some evening work.
