EMEA Sales Capabilities Training Manager - Medical Devices (Hybrid)
CHASE is recruiting for an EMEA Sales Capabilities Manager on behalf of a rapidly expanding international medical technology company that's committed to improving the quality of life for millions of people in the UK every day.
The role is to partner with their teams to support in delivering the tools, processes and training materials to assess, develop and continuously improve the performance and capabilities of their salesforce.
The responsibility of the incumbent is to lead the execution and coordination of the regional strategy of Salesforce Effectiveness, including ensuring the continuous improvement of associate capabilities.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Execution and coordination of Salesforce Effectiveness & Capabilities strategy, including training, capabilities, and design, across EMEA
- Partners with the businesses to assess, develop and continuously improve sales associate & sales management capabilities and sales performance
- Managing and continuous improvement of the sales training programmes, systems, tools, reporting, governance and the coordination of internal and external partners and stakeholders, to increase sales associate & manager performance
- Analyse internal data to understand the capability needs of the regional sales teams across all EMEA Business Units and Countries and to define the trends
- Lead the creation and maintenance of regional sales competency training for the sales force, identifying the evolving needs and best practices and providing regional insights to the BU and Country owners
About you
- Solid experience in commercial sales, marketing, analysis and insights, Sales Force Effectiveness
- Professional work experience within MedTech, Pharma or large B2B company, preferably with experience and certified in a Sales Training with a track record of success
- Strategic thinking and business acumen - understanding markets, trends and competition
- Experience in planning metrics and KPIs, as well as experience in Finance
- Strong ability to collaborate and network, in complex matrix organizations, with the proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to positively influence and build strong mutually beneficial and inclusive relationships
- Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into management information with focus on changes in business environment and key performance indicators measurement
