Job description
iO Associates are seeking a 2nd Line Support to join our National Security client ASAP. This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work for a prestigious organisation and offers a high chance of extension beyond the initial 6 months.
*Please note you must either hold Active SC Clearance or be eligible to gain SC Clearance.
Location: Hampshire (5 day onsite) **NO REMOTE
Duration: 6 months
Contract Rate: £200 per day Inside IR35
Responsibilities:
Function as a 2nd Line support and service engineer. Provide full range of IT support and service including, but not limited to, PC build, issue resolution (hardware and software), user support, user access and ID management (Active Directory), hardware build and software install.
Requirements:
Microsoft Windows Desktop (Win10) and Server
LINUX (desirable but not essential)
Active Directory
SCCM (System Centre Configuration Manager)
PC build and fault finding and fixing it
IT Service Desk experience
Office/M365 support and use experience
RSA MFA, MDM/MAM (e.g., MS Intune or Mobile Iron)
Mobile telephone commissioning and support
Work in adynamic environment with competing priorities, end point security (anti-virus etc)
Infrastructure (wired and wireless) - switches etc.
