Job description

To receive goods using the stock control system.To input the deliveries via the robot, paying attention to specific detail.Process authorised invoices for payment.To inform pharmacy staff concerning delivery delays and stock shortages.To liaise with suppliers and pharmacy staff regarding stock discrepancies and assist in rectifying discrepancies in orders.To assist the Purchasing Department in monitoring procurement activities.To be able to work under own initiative using departmental procedures.To check robot deliveries against relevant paperwork.Perform various robot maintenance activities.To monitor expiry dates and ensure stock is stored and rotated appropriately to minimise waste.To monitor stocks of bulk fluids and place orders using the stock control system.To complete all KPI spreadsheets in order to monitor supplier performance.
