In this days based role you will have full responsibility of the building. This will include managing a team of caretakers, organisating contracts, ensure health and safety is optimised and be hands on when needed.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a school environment where you have been hands on but also in charge of organising contractors and a small team. Full training will be provided.
This is a brilliant role for someone to become a vital cog in the wheel and really make a difference to peoples lives.
The role:
*Leading the estates team
*Fabric maintenance task
*Project work
*Managing contractors
*Overall responsibility for the building.
The person:
*Have good hands of skills i.e. basic plumbing, basic carpentry basic electrical
*Have experience in a senior role where you may have organised contractors or lead a team.
