Job Description
The key responsibilites for the Marketing Manager will include:
- Collaborating with the Marketing Director to develop marketing strategies, annual plans, and brand vision and values.
- Execute the Marketing & Communications plan, managing on and offline marketing campaigns for brand awareness, customer recruitment, and retention.
- Analyze marketing activity results and report marketing KPIs.
- Liaise with agencies for marketing initiatives and brand consistency.
- Conduct research on target markets and monitor competitor's marketing efforts.
- Oversee the execution of marketing plans and collateral like flyers, brochures, and exhibition-related projects.
- Manage multi-channel communications for B2B lead generation and brand awareness, including e-commerce website development, videography, product photography, SEO, PPC, retargeting, trade ads, social media, direct mail, email, advertising, and PR.
- Measure marketing effectiveness, report campaign ROI, and provide monthly KPI and budget reports.
- Ensure the brand aligns with its market value proposition.
- Organize production of branded items like stationery and merchandise.
- Manage agency relationships and ensure alignment with marketing strategy and objectives.
- Plan, create, and edit video content.
- Address day-to-day website issues and provide prompt resolutions for the sales team.
- Plan and execute an extensive exhibition and events program.
- Coordinate campaign activities through CRM systems like Hubspot or Magento CRM.
- Liaise with the regional business development team for alignment and effective communication.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2-3+ years of experience managing multiple campaigns in B2B markets
* Proficiency in using the Adobe suite of design & video editing packages
* Knowledge of working in a Hub and Spoke Marketing operation, linking with a global team
* Competence in the use of CRM databases
* Ability to work with a content management system of a website (e.g., Magento)
* Excellent videography & editing skills
* Strong eye for design, with keen attention to detail
* Working knowledge of Hubspot
* Understanding of Pay Per Click and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), retargeting, GA4 methodologies
* Familiarity with social media and social management tools
* Understanding of web development
* Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and all social channels
* Strategic thinking capabilities, delivering project goals on time and within budget
* Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills
* Highly organized, self-motivated, able to prioritize and manage own time effectively
* Team player, willing to provide hands-on help as part of the team
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others effectively
* Sound numeracy and database skills for analytics and data analysis
* Confident and outgoing personality with a proactive approach to tasks
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadline
