HR Advisor Role Overview:

Are you passionate about fostering a positive workplace environment? Do you thrive in dynamic, multicultural settings? Our client is seeking an HR Advisor to join our global team, headquartered in the US but with a strong presence in the UK and beyond.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the HR Manager in the US, you'll be instrumental in supporting their UK, Ireland, and continental Europe offices. Your role will encompass various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and day-to-day HR tasks.

Key Activities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes

Provide comprehensive HR support and coaching

Assist in addressing employee concerns and grievances

Analyse HR routines and propose solutions

Ensure compliance with company and local legislation

Act as a neutral partner in grievance processes

Support a healthy working environment

Promote diversity and inclusion

Participate in local and global HR initiatives

Manage day-to-day HR tasks

Employee Relations and Engagement

Compliance and Legal Matters

Conflict Resolution and Mediation

Global HR Project Participation

Critical Factors for Success:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Thorough understanding of HR principles and practices

Proactive problem-solving skills

What You Will Need:

Proven HR experience

Case management experience

CIPD qualification (desirable)

Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws

Passion for equity, diversity, and inclusion

Benefits:

21 days holiday plus a day off on birthday. Rising to 25 days (plus 1 birthday) over 5 years = 26
