WSR are recruiting for an HR Advisor for our Global client based in Milton Keynes. Competitive salary
Location: Milton Keynes
Responsible to: HR Manager USA
Reporting directly to the HR Manager in the US, you'll be instrumental in supporting their UK, Ireland, and continental Europe offices. Your role will encompass various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and day-to-day HR tasks.

Key Activities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes
Provide comprehensive HR support and coaching
Assist in addressing employee concerns and grievances
Analyse HR routines and propose solutions
Ensure compliance with company and local legislation
Act as a neutral partner in grievance processes
Support a healthy working environment
Promote diversity and inclusion
Participate in local and global HR initiatives
Manage day-to-day HR tasks

What You Will Need:
Proven HR experience
Case management experience
CIPD qualification (desirable)
