Job description

Job role
As a youth support worker, you will be responsible for encouraging our service users to become independent and gain life skills that will help them in their daily adult life. This can include advising our young people to participate in education and employment programmes, as well as helping them to book any necessary appointments. You will ensure that emotional and physical needs are met by supplying advice around social issues, self esteem issues, and self-motivation.

Details
Shifts are 24 hours – day shift from 9am-11pm and a sleep in shift
Pay (PAYE) – Day rate is £10.50 per hr and a £50 sleep in rate
Pay (self-employed) – Day rate is £12 per hr and a £55 sleep in rate
Flexible 0 hour contract
Paid weekly
Experience not essential as we provide a full comprehensive training programme
