- Reception management.
- Handling initial enquiries.
- Arranging viewings and market appraisals.
- Carrying out viewings and viewing feedback.
- Offer Negotiation.
- Sales Progression.
- Property Reviews.
- Business generation seeking opportunities.
- Achieving agreed office sales targets.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- An engaging personality.
- Great if you have estate agency experience.
- Sales ability.
- Organised and calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Selfmotivated.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Happy and able to work one Saturday in four (Monday off when you work a Saturday).
