Role - Sales Design Executive

Location - Cornwall Area 

Must drive and have access to a car

Salary - £23,000 basic salary, plus OTE of £52,000 and £3,500 car allowance

THE JOB:
Overall you will convert company issues leads into customers so that you reach agreed targets and hit commission. You will achieve this by:

• Meeting customers at their home to develop relationships and understanding their needs.
• Take basic measurements to produce formal proposals for customers to consider.
• Close business, take deposits and provide paperwork for processing.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• A desire to be successful in sales.
• Flexibility to attend appointments over a wide geographical area and at different times of day.
• Must have driving license and car.
• Customer-focused, with a creative mind and an eye for detail.
• Results-driven and motivated to exceed targets.
• Good organisational skills.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• £23,000 basic salary.
• Commission taking OTE to £53,000.
• £3,500 car allowance.
• 25 days holiday + public holidays + birthday off.
• Pension.
