Job description

Our client is a high profile employer based in Felixstowe and due to covering a period of maternity are looking to recruit an interim HR Advisor. Based onsite in Felixstowe, this is an interim role for a 13 month period and will be supporting the HR team in a busy, fast paced and autonomous position.

This would suit an experienced advisor, who has ideally studying up to level 5 CIPD, and can own a series of HR processes and projectes for the organisation.  You will have support from the wider HR team in this varied role and will focus on key areas such as employee experience, onboarding and data.

Candidates should be available on a maximum of one month's notice, but ideally a shorter notice and be willing to commit to the length of the interim position.  Alongside this, candidates should have an energy and commitment to a diverse workload, who are solutions lead and can prioritise their workload.
