£68k-£70k + £4500 car + Bonus

Clinical Quality Manager / Clinical Area Manager / Regional Clinical Lead required to join major care provider. You will join a truly market leading care provider with a fantastic reputation for delivering the very best care to their residents. Our esteemed client requires a Clinical Quality Manager / Clinical Area Manager / Regional Clinical Lead to operate at a regional / strategic level to ensure the very best care is delivered to residents.

Candidates must be an RGN / General Nurse qualified and should have worked within a management / clinical lead type role previously. Candidates must have exemplary clinical skills and strong knowledge of the elderly care market. You will be an expert in all facets of nursing and you will advise managers and nurses alike in care delivery. You will oversee training, recruitment, continuous improvements in standards and ensure compliance with care standards.

You will operate at a strategic level and work alongside Operations Managers to ensure all homes operate at the highest possible levels. Our client prides themselves upon being the very best care provider in the Dorset area and require staff of the highest calibre for this role to ensure nursing quality is of a higher standard than their competitors.

You will advise managers on clinical care delivery and you will oversee the training of junior nurses. You will lead on all aspects of nursing care.
RGN qualified managers stepping up will be considered as well as existing clinical managers.
