Join Our Clients Team: Project Planner - Technical Conformity

Hybrid Working | Outside IR35 | 35 Hours per Week

As a Certification Project Planner, you will play a pivotal role in their department, contributing to the seamless delivery of market approvals for their cutting-edge vehicle projects. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Create and maintain comprehensive project plans for certification project delivery, aligning with business market approval timelines.

Critical Path Management: Actively manage the critical path to ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects.

Risk Management: Identify and escalate potential risks and impacts to the Project Manager, integrating effective mitigation's into the schedule.

Change Control: Ensure robust change control of plans and maintain the change control log.

Metrics and Reporting: Generate health metrics and project status reports for effective communication.

Resource Management: Maintain project calendar, resource names, and task allocation for optimal efficiency.

Resource Capacity Overview: Extract the resource profile from project plans, providing regular insights into resource capacity vs. requirements.

Skills & Experience:

Project Management: Demonstrable experience in project planning and successful project delivery within an engineering environment.

Technical Proficiency: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Project.

Principled Approach: Excellent knowledge of project management principles.

Influence: Ability to influence people at all levels.

Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges effectively.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of self-motivation.

Presentation: Strong presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.
