Day and Night shift (Waking Nights and Sleeps)
Full time hours
£10.90 per hour
Driving Licence- Desirable
14 services in total across Blackpool - no more than 4 people in 1 service
We are looking for compassionate, caring people to join our team of support workers.
Previous experience supporting
adults with Learning Disabilities is desirable and the ability to work across more than one service as staff are required to work on rotation across services
It is essential that you have a genuine desire to help others and a commitment to providing person-centered care.
We provide full training, so all you need is a willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference.
The role as a support worker, you will be responsible for providing a range of support services,
This may include: - Helping with daily living tasks such as showering, dressing, and eating
Providing emotional support and companionship
Assisting with medication and health care needs
Enabling people to participate in activities and events in the community
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting to your supervisor.
