Position Available: Facilities Electrician

Location: Belfast site only!

Salary: £35,000 – £38,500 per annum

Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Electrician to join our busy FM Division. The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated team within a large commercial site in Belfast, performing electrical maintenance tasks and general maintenance duties.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conducting electrical maintenance tasks and troubleshooting to diagnose and correct faults.
• Performing planned maintenance, daily, weekly, and monthly checks, including remedial works.
• Efficiently planning tasks and meeting delivery and quality KPIs.
• Completing electronic paperwork and logging PPM and reactive jobs on computer-based systems.
• Maintaining a working relationship with client site teams and customers.
• Enforcing health and safety standards and ensuring relevant protocols are followed.

Person Specification:  
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong work knowledge in electrical maintenance tasks.
• Self-motivation and strong team working attributes.
• Ability to analyse problems and develop solutions independently.
• Professional approach and high self-conduct standards.
• Commitment to prioritising health and safety in all work decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing and issuing reports to the facilities manager.

Essential Criteria:

• Fully qualified Electrician with Level 3 Qualification including 18th edition.
• Minimum 3 years' experience within a similar environment.
• IT literacy with the ability to record works on an app-based system.

Desirable:

• CSR Card.
• Access NI.
• IPAF 3A/3B.
• Asbestos Awareness.
• Close proximity to the site in Belfast.
