Your new company
My client is a part of a group that offers a range of services including Ecological consultancy. They were established over 40 years ago and have provided services to their clients nationally ever since. They work on a range of large scale infrastructure projects as well as conservation and others.
Your new role
My client is looking for experienced Ecologists to work on a contract basis, outside IR35 regulations if required.
The contracts are based across the UK on a large conservation project.
The work can include all aspects of Ecological consultancy such as habitat management, protected species surveys, Biodiversity Net Gain, ECoW, impact assessments, thermal imaging and more. Typically, you would be on site 4 days a week and 1 day at desk, however this can be flexible and reduced if need be. 9 hours p/day with an hour break, also flexible.
What you\'ll need to succeed
Required

• Good Ecological surveying skills
• Strong botanical skills, FISC 3 and upwards
• Protected species experience
• Full UK Driving Licence and vehicle

Ideally

• FISC Level 4-6
• Extended experience surveying, report writing, managing junior Ecologists etc.
